This video aims to attract and pre-qualify potential candidates for the following positions: Coil Winders, Electromechanics Technicians, Warehouse Associates, etc.

1. Context and objectives 🎯

Franklin Empire , a company recognized in the field of electrical equipment distribution, faced a common but critical challenge: attracting and converting qualified candidates in a context of a shortage of skilled labor.


In collaboration with Hit Film , Franklin Empire deployed an innovative strategy by adopting iRecrutor , an interactive video recruitment solution integrating:

  • Presentation of available positions ;

  • A smart pre-qualification form ;

  • Integrated appointment booking (via Calendly) for qualified candidates.

  • Impressions : 172,172

  • Clicks : 11,514

  • CVs sent : 64
