Franklin Empire , a company recognized in the field of electrical equipment distribution, faced a common but critical challenge: attracting and converting qualified candidates in a context of a shortage of skilled labor.
In collaboration with Hit Film , Franklin Empire deployed an innovative strategy by adopting iRecrutor , an interactive video recruitment solution integrating:
Presentation of available positions ;
A smart pre-qualification form ;
Integrated appointment booking (via Calendly) for qualified candidates.
