In 2024, amidst a labor shortage and underrepresentation of men in early childhood education, Collège Lionel-Groulx launched an inspiring video campaign to challenge gender stereotypes. To achieve this, the College partnered with Hit Film , renowned for its creative effectiveness and human-centered approach.

Main objectives:

✔ Create 10 engaging, non-repetitive video clips

✔ Promoting male roles in a historically female field

✔ To stimulate reflection and inspiration among a targeted audience

✔ Ensure a professional, respectful, and enjoyable filming experience

✔ Deliver high-quality videos on time

3. Creative concept and execution 🎬

Creative approach: Each 30-second capsule highlights a moment of complicity, learning or play between educators and children, reinforced by a catchy slogan chanted by the latter.

🎤 Microphones for 3 to 4 speakers

📝 Support for scriptwriting and directing actors

📍 Filmed in a real-life setting (Ste-Thérèse in Montreal)

📦 Multi-format delivery: 16:9, 1:1, 4:5, 9:16


Production in stages:

✔ Pre-production: until November 2024

✔ Filming: December 2024 & March 2025

✔ Post-production: December & April

✔ Final delivery: April 2025
