Intelligence Artificielle : La solution pour contrôler la rarificaction de la main-d’œuvre

While most industries are facing labor shortages, companies are searching for new ways to fill their open positions. As shown in a recent article published by the CRHA, artificial intelligence is a solution that is still underutilized. Yet, thanks to AI, businesses can automate certain tasks—such as recruitment—that traditionally require human labor and involve long, costly processes. This can help improve organizational efficiency while also supporting employees.

As Human Resources is one of the most critical functions within organizations, AI is beginning to play a decisive role in how it operates.

The application of artificial intelligence can help organizations automate and enhance various HR processes. For example, AI can be used to automate recruitment and selection, improve employee engagement, and deliver personalized learning and development experiences. In addition, AI can help organizations better manage employee-related data and create predictive models for workforce planning. By enabling more precise targeting, employers increase their chances of finding THE right person for the position to be filled.

As highlighted by a survey conducted by the CRHA, AI technologies are valuable assets for organizations. According to respondents, they help optimize processes (84%), increase productivity (62%), and eliminate repetitive tasks (57%). Regarding the use of AI within the HR function, respondents believe their organization should invest primarily in recruitment (46%), workforce planning (39%), and skills development (29%). Many companies, faced with the emergence of these technologies, are taking the leap and seeking support to enable the most effective use of AI within their work environment.

In the future, AI will likely play an even more significant role in HR and across all sectors. There are still some challenges to overcome before fully unlocking AI’s potential in the workplace. Managers and employees alike must be trained to use AI tools. It is therefore important—and necessary—for organizations to begin their transformation now.

Recruitment automation is an excellent way to start using AI to improve the entire hiring process. By automating the identification and selection of potential candidates through a “virtual recruiter,” you can quickly and easily identify top talent for your open positions. In addition, AI can help you better assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and overall fit within your organization. You’re only a few steps away from getting started.
